Happy Halloween 🎃 Everyone knows that black cats are the ultimate halloween mascot, so I had to draw them for this year’s spooky season. Contrary to popular belief, they’re not bad luck – unless you refuse to give them a treat or cuddle them, in which case they will seek revenge!

I drew these for last month’s drawing challenge on drawing expressive cat studies! If you like monthly drawing challenges, sign up to the flame tier on my Patreon and join us ~ we are about to get started on the November challenge! 💖

Where’s that guy that was still arguing about psyops like lagonegirl being fake in 2024 I want him to see this

Hey, some context for those not familiar with PA: this disinformation campaign is purposefully targeted at Bucks. Bucks County is a very, very contentious county. A large part of Bucks is rural Trump country but there are also highly populated pockets of blue. It is the 4th largest county in PA, and it borders #3 (Montgomery aka Montco) and #1 (Philadelphia). Bucks and Montco are huge swing counties in an important swing state: winning Bucks/Montco is essential this presidential election. Both went to Biden in 2020. Trump has been campaigning heavily in both counties. He needs them this time around.

The powers behind this disinformation campaign want to destroy the validity of Bucks/Montco vote counting. They are trying to set the stage for that now. If they can overturn or call into question one or both counties’ votes, it’s much more likely Trump will win mostly-rural PA. Philly and Pittsburg (Alleghany county) are going to go blue regardless; it’s Bucks and Montco that will decide where PA ultimately ends. Think about what Trump supporters in Bucks might do if their county goes to Kamala and they’ve been convinced their vote was destroyed by The Libs. January 6 let us know that terroristic violence in response to losing is not out of the realm of possibility. A lot of the damage is already done. Whether or not Trump wins Bucks or overall, this is already a dangerous situation.

“Many women are being pressured or threatened into voting as their husband wants”

and

“It is outrageous that it’s a thing and should not ever be a thing in a civilized society”

can co-exist.

This is where political pragmatism is necessary: we send the messaging needed to help as many people as possible to vote their conscience. And after this election is resolved, we keep working to make a world where such messaging is unnecessary because everyone is free to vote as they want, regardless of gender or family situation.
