In case you didn’t hear this one, the U.S. government paid a cybersecurity company called Reuters to study “large scale social deception,” such as misinformation spread by hackers, and how to combat it. This contract is public information.
The two guys who currently control all our lives here in America heard about this, and immediately believed it was a contract with the news website Reuters to create “large scale social deception.”
They literally believed the federal government paid a news website to spread liberal lies and that this payment was labeled “NEFARIOUS SCHEME MONEY.”
Naturally they both tweeted about this to the whole country before double checking what it actually was, have not issued a correction and obviously never ever will.
And here’s the kicker, in case this didn’t already demonstrate how fucking stupid and dangerously unhinged these losers are:
Genuinely how can even their most die-hard fans not at least begin to question their choices when they do shit this embarrassing and ridiculous every fucking day.
I got this tattoo from Kati Green at Blue Ox tattoo yesterday.
It is a list, so that the notes I’m always writing on my arm are organized and pretty.
It is also a ruler. The lines are spaced at ½ inch, with the dots on the right showing ¼ in and the ones on the left showing 1 cm. The compass rose is an angle finder.
The flowers are my favorite ones from my grandma’s garden when I was growing up. Gravenstein apple blossoms, marigolds, and wisteria.
I love it and am so excited for when it is heal enough to safely use.

It healed great and I use it daily to keep important stuff straight. Sometimes high level tasks and sometimes my grocery list 🙂

how to do it (asking seriously)
be aware of what you’ve done wrong. forgive yourself and learn from it rather than beating yourself up over it and thinking it’s just a part of you that can’t be changed. know that you can’t go back and undo it but also that in the future you can do better and not repeat the same regret. self hatred stemming from regret is hard to control, but it can be managed with patience and practice.

PLEASE VOTE. You don’t need your voting card, with the current mess-ups you may not even get it in time for the election. But you have the right to vote and have your voice heard. Bring a piece of government issued ID, and if it does not show your current address, bring something that has it (e.g. hydro bill). You can find out where you can vote here:
This election was called unexpectedly because the current government did not want to give the other parties time to prepare, because our country has been gearing up for a Federal election, not a Provincial one. Even Elections Ontario wasn’t fully prepared, which is why there’s mess-ups getting people voting cards. They knew we as a people were distracted and called a snap election to take advantage of that.
I won’t tell you who to vote for, just go do it – it’s the one way we’re all guaranteed a voice, a say, in some small way, and it’s a great “fuck you” to those who called this election in the hopes that everyone will be too distracted to show up.
With the BS coming from the administration to the South, voting is more important now than ever.

The videos show Harper Watters executing some fluidly elegant ballet choreography in a studio. At various junctures he freezes momentarily as the camera cuts away to a photo (often vintage) of a male black dancer in exactly the same pose that Harper has adopted, heightening the drama of each pause. The choreography is studied, deliberate and respectful, and the videos read like a beautiful homage to talented dancers who have come before (and perhaps helped to pave the way) for Harper himself.
