I once asked my father (a law professor specializing in medical/legal ethics) what alternative medicine was good for and he said “smaller coffins” and I think about that a lot.
i fucking hate everything about this. NO medical professionals NO safety supervisors present while operating this highly dangerous, highly flammable equipment. skipping safety checks. allegedly even tampering with the equipment to make it seem newer than it is. and of course yeah using this treatment for diseases where there is zero proof that it even theoretically could work. this poor boy, what a horrific way to die.
